Rare item from the Classic Heywood-Wakefield modernist production period, this cart was manufactured (1951-1952). The drop leaves each operate independently, allowing the cart to be used fully extended, closed, or with either leaf in the up position. Each drop leaf is 14″ W making the fully extended W 48″ (closed 21″ W). Open, this cart can also serve as a small dining table. Very well designed and constructed, original finish, ready to use condition.
